Psychologist
The psychologist’s reception is open to all age groups.
Appointments are made directly with the psychologist on Tuesday-Thursday at 8.00-9.00 a.m., phone (06)2249511.
The visits are free-of-charge and no doctor’s referral is needed.
If required an appointment can be booked in cases concerning a person’s own mental health, depression and state of anxiety, mental work incapacity and fatigue as well as relationship and life crises.
Depending on the nature of the case the psychologist can:
- perform tests, assessments and inquiries
- meet the client in supportive and therapeutic talks
- give consultation help
- carry out crisis handling
Family services
The psychologist participates in the unit for child and family services. The aim of the unit is to target health promoting input to children, youth amd families in order to prevent the rise of mental hygiene problems. The psychologist functions as an expert, supervisor in work teams or directly in relation to the clients.
